    First Cycle please advise !!!

    I am 24 and thinking aboout doing my first cycle.

    I will be doing:
    Test E 500mg Week for 10 Weeks

    PCT will be Clomid 100/50/50/50 and Nolva 40/20/20/20 and HCG 500i.u. everyday for three weeks.

    What I want to know is what results can I expect from this cycle and also does my PCT sounds allright?

    I have been lifting for 4 years, I weight 170lb with 8%BF and my height is 6"0.

    I bench about 100kg and my arms are 17inch.

    I would run pct like this
    Clomid 100/100/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

    And the hcg 250 iu X 2 a week for the 10 weeks

    You should expect 10-15lb of muscle if your diet and training are in check

    I have planned my diet while ill be on AAS:

    Ill take around 3300 calories: 370g Carbs 280g Protein 70g Fat

    Foods I will be taking:

    Tuna Grilled, Chicken Grilled, Lean Lamb, Eggs White and Whole

    Peanut Butter, Avocados, Olive Oil

    Banana, Apple, Berries, Rice, Whole Meal Pitta, Whole Meal Bread, Pasta

    Nuts, Museli Bars, Skimmed Milk, Mixed Vegitables

    A lot more but all clean to bulk !!!!

    Why HCG during the cycle and not after the cycle, usually people take after the cycle with PCT??

    Could I also add Proviron 50/50/50/50 with my PCT

    Do some research on HCG . You would want to run it during a cycle to keep natural test production going. The problem with getting full recovery after total shutdown is that you have to try and convince your testes they should work again once they have become desensitized to the chemical signals that tell them to work and how hard. HCG can keep that desinsitization from happening in the first place.

    I don't think I'd run Proviron in PCT. Proviron is basically not very effective by itself it's sort of a catalyst for other compounds, making them work better. In PCT you goal is to recover natural test production to 100% of pre-cycle levels, thus allowing you to keep your gains in lean mass (you will lose water weight anytime you come off a cycle with steroids that caused water retention, but that's not actual mass).
