Hi im sure you guys read posts like this every day and get very fed-up of people like me who are new to this...right..

I am 21 years old 6.3 and 14.4stone! I have only just got back inot training after 2months out. I wieght train 3 times a week and run 3miles ever morning atm but i will up that to 5 as sson as i can. I am Aiming for 16 stone i dont wanna be massive i wanna be big and ripped..

What would u recomend i take in terms of roids? what should i take and when etc.

any info i can be given would be great thanks
