    Hi im sure you guys read posts like this every day and get very fed-up of people like me who are new to this...right..

    I am 21 years old 6.3 and 14.4stone! I have only just got back inot training after 2months out. I wieght train 3 times a week and run 3miles ever morning atm but i will up that to 5 as sson as i can. I am Aiming for 16 stone i dont wanna be massive i wanna be big and ripped..

    What would u recomend i take in terms of roids? what should i take and when etc.

    any info i can be given would be great thanks

    Rave, honestly ALL of your goals can be achieved with a SOLID diet and hard work. Roids are not a substitute for hard work and a good diet. Get into our diet forum and post up your average daily diet in detail and we will critique it and tweak it to help you get to where you want to be.
