    Cycle Length Questions.

First off, new member so here are that stats:

    23 years old
    5'8"
    202
    8% BF

    Cycle experience (in order):

    Test E 500mg/wk (10 weeks)
    Test E 600mg/wk, Dbol 30mg/ed (10 weeks)

Glad to be part of the community and though I just joined, I can't begin to count how many times i've gathered research through this forum. It's simply excellent, so thanks to everyone who has posted legit info over the years, it's even blown doctors information I have acquired out of the water.

Anyways, I absolutely love test and respond well to it so I feel no need to use tren and other more advanced compounds until test no longer gives me the desired effects. I feel it is a smart thing to do, because it opens up many more doors in the future compared to using other compounds right away when I could just use test and get the same, if not better results. With that being said, I hate Dbol. I feel I am one of the few who feels quite shitty on dbol and it's estrogenic sides seem to make me VERY prone to gyno when taking it. I noticed my nipples were very sore/sensitive during Dbol usage but it ceased once I discontinued it and I felt amazing on just test. So test it is, and here is my proposed cycle:

    Week 1-12: Test Cyp @ 800mg/week
    Week 1-18: Proviron @ 50mg/ed

PCT (2 weeks after last test cyp pin): Nolva @ 20-40mg/ed & Proviron @ 50mg/ed. *** HCG might be added before PCT if alot of shrinkage occurs***

I was also wondering if I should extend the cycle to 16 weeks or keep it at 12? Because my research shows after week 12, many people feel gains come to a hault simply because of homeostasis and the rise of catabolic hormones ie cortisol being first and foremost.

Also the reason for Proviron is to make libido even better aha and to take advantage of Proviron's decent affinity to adrogen receptors, helping to boost lipolysis and offset possible fat gains when eating like a horse on test cyp. Also, I want to take advantage of it's mild anti-e properties though I know it won't do too much (not that I mind estro for IGF-1 purpose) and lastly because of its SHBG lowering properties, futhering the effectiveness of test.

Sorry for the long post guys, bare with me. Thanks!

You're 23 and you're on your 3rd cycle? What did your PCT look like in the previous two cycles? Have you had blood work done to see if you're ready for another cycle? There are going to be guys with more experience than me that's going to be concerned about you age and your cycle experience. We want you to be safe.

Thanks for looking out, man. My first cycle was when I was 18 years old and 140lbs (big mistake) before I knew anything about training right, diet, or this community and before hundreds of hours of research. Luckily I bounced back quickly despite loosing almost all my gains. My second cycle was last year after 4 years of tweaking my diet, and actually putting effort into doing things right. I was around 185 when I started the cycle and ended at 205. After PCT I only lost 3 lbs because I ate like crazy and really shrived to keep all my gains. Since then i've been roughly at the same weight, mostly trying to maintain and solidify my gains from the previous cycle and giving my tendons, joints, etc time to strengthen and catch up. It's been a slow year, but I know it's best for my future.

As for bloodwork, yes, I've had it done multiple times since I was 18 and made the dumb mistake of taking AAS at that age. 5 years ago I had bloodwork done and everything was normal 4 months after I did my first cycle (LUCKILY!!!). And about 6 months ago I had my Test, FSH, LH, etc tested and everything checked out as well. Not surprised based on my morning wood every morning even during PCT and the months following. I plan to have bloodwork done again right before this cycle just to be sure I have a green light.

And as for my PCT, it's was the same as what I plan to do this time

    nolva 40/40/20/20
    proviron still 50mg/ed
and possibly clomid or another ancillary if need be.
