    Thinking aboout doing HGH

My friend is recommending that I take HGH to help get leaner and also to repair some of my joint problems. Right now I eat pretty healthy eating as lot of lean meats and a lot of vegetables. I try to get at least 1 gram of protein for body weight. Right now I am 26 5'11 220 around 17-19 bf I have always been able to add muscle fast but it has been hard for me to get lean, the lowest bf was around 13. I want to get down to 205 and get around 8 to 10 bf. Do you guys think I should take HGH and should I stack it with something else? I work out 5 days a week run 3 days a week and play hockey.

HGH helped me to lose some fat but it's not a magic bullet. Cardio and diet is still key in an HGH cycle.

Do a LOT of research first. There are not only a lot of fake HGH out there as usual but there seems to be even more than normal and some giving people some not to desirable side effects. You can read about them in our other forum here.

Also it's more than a little tricky trying to find good/real HGH

At your age it would probably be better to start off tweaking your diet even more. Read up on the diet section and you will probably find some good advice. Dont take it for granted your diet is good. I use to think I know/understood diet until finding this site. The difference was like night and day.

I have been increasing my cardio a lot and I know how to cut weight with diet. I was 270 after college and got down to 195 in about a year but I lost a lot of my strength. I know hgh or and anything out there is not the magic answer, but my friend he took it (along with sever other supplements Tests and tren) thought I should take it to help with some of my joint problems and to help loose weight. I can get the gh from a good source but I want to make sure if/when I take it I stack it right if I need to. I currently have tendinitis and both knees and shoulders joints are messed up. would Tren and a high quality HGH be a good cutter stack, I am stepping up the cardio like I said and I am going o be starting a cross fit gym

Tren is not something to be taken by the beginner or someone not already very familiar with AAS and how they work.

If you lost a lot of muscle/strength with the fat loss you need to read up more on the diet section. This happens to a lot of people but it's due to improper eating, protein intake.

Loosing weight is NOT about eating less. It's more about eating right. Eating the right foods and at the right time. I went from 210 - 165 in 5 months and I ate more than before. I just started eating better and eating 6+ times a day instead of 2 or 3x.

When your body get hungry and you eat the first thing it does is store the food as fat for later. If your body is not hungry it has no need to store fat and uses it as energy.

HGH can also be used alone, you dont need to stack it with any AAS to get better results depending on what your goals are. For size, yes its best to stack it but it's also best not to use any aas until you are in really good shape, very athletic already or you have a MUCH higher chance of having negative side effects like water retention, acne, gyno etc.
