Question for my friend

My friend status

age: 27
bf: unknown
weight 87 kg
lifting exp.: 6 yrs
cycle: not in a professional way (some deca, some primo, eq, dbol, some test c)

He's thinking of taking a cycle in a more responsible way this time, I advice him to go into the basic cycle (test c only for 12 month with a proper pct) as per this forum advice. but he is sensitve to testerone and he want to avoid test flu.

so he is thinking of spliting the injections (0.5 ml eod) is this possible ? if not can he switch to sustanon 250 0.5 ml eod ? since it contains propionate ester and should be taken eod.

i don't have any cycle experience so i'm asking you for a prossional opinion into the test level in blood.

and the Test c is 250 mg/ml

Well in that case... the bold advice you gave him is not good advice by any means. That may in fact cause temporary to permanent damage in several ways. Hopefully you meant 12 "weeks", not "months".

We need to know his goals and bodyfat in order to set up a proper cycle for him...

Ooh sorry i meant 12 weeks .. His goal is to add something near 10 Kg of muscle but as i said earlier he have tried Test C and got a test Flu symptoms so he wants to split the shots.

I know that i'm not a professional and should not give any advice but I don't want him to follow the guys in his gym 'cause i know that they are using the gear randomly.

I don't know his body fat percentage but i think his fat is low, I've seen some pictures posted here with the fat percentage and comparing to them I'm sure he will not reach 15% but i feel that his body store a lot of water. maybe because of the improper PCT.
