Hey all I'm starting my SUS cycle today, should I stick to my ass or possibly rotate shoulders and ass? I mean 300mg a week that seems like a lot of possible pain in my shoulder. just looking for advice thanks!

Personally, I'd rather pin delts and quads then have to twist around and do glutes.
So don't be afraid to throw them in the mix
What about traps? is a ml too much for that?
Shot quad yesterday and it was painless, just a little sore today
but nothing terrible...liking the quad
glutes can be a pain in the ass but they are completely painless..for me at least. quads are still my fav
I really gonna focus on my arms this cycle cause my first my chest and shoulders got huge. I shot delts and glutes. Im to scared to shoot in my bi's or tri's so I guess Delts and Glutes it will be again.
I like shoulders, seems easier, less pain, blood ect...
I did 500mg/wk of Sus 250 in my cycle and 250mg in one shot killed my quads. Shot in my ass was the least painful.
