    All natural Joint PAINS....please help

Okay guys, so I am not running any cycle right now. (I havent actually for 4 years) I am just on a solid diet that is almost perfect right now and taking NO Explode pre-wo, whey protein post-wo with creatine, multivitamins, and lifting 5-6 days per week. So I have noticed over the last couple weeks that the joints in my elbows are really sensative and hurting. I though it was originally from over extending on lateral 90 degree dumbell extensions. But then this last week, and especially after legs last night, my knees are starting to ache as well. I wont to know why this is happening. I mean, my supplement intake is really shallow right now so I dont know if it is the N.O.? Or is there something I can take to counter this? I figured I would ask for advice before I started searching the web for joint products. Thanks guys!

    Sounds like inflamation to me.
Try taking 800 mg Ibuprofin Ed for 2 weeks.
    Ice your elbows and knees.
    Rest. Take a week off.

sucks dude, but thats the price we pay for lifting heavy. ibuprofen works sometimes, tendonitis brace for elbow helps too. Also, before I lift I like to put on biofreeze, numbs the area long enough to get through my workout

I was taking a NO based Pre-workout drink and my knees were killing me. I complained to my wife who did some research and found that the NO based energy drink (lack of a better term) causes your liver to retain water. So there is excess water retention in the joints. If you have weak joints you'll feel pain. I have bum joints. I got off the NO drink and it took about 4 weeks to get back to normal. I loved that drink it totally gave me a boost when I trained.

Thanks for the reply guys. I knew it had to be something with the supplements. I dont feel like I have that bad of joints and I am sure its not inflamation. I take tremadol sometimes to help with the pain since I have it for my back. I just wasnt sure if it was due to heavy lifting or the supps. Nothing is swollen but last night, it happened again. I got my bench to 300lbs and my elbows when I got home are paying for it. So I might have to get off the N.O. but I do like the pump it actually gives me. Oh well, just like someone else's post about stacking up for winter, I might be going that route because that thread got me excited. haha

I get elbow soreness after lifting heavy. My knees actually feel better when I lift, though heavy loads can cause a day or soreness, but I don't lift heavy for legs very often because I have no need for my thighs to be any bigger than they already are. Not looking to look like Tom Platz.

I found that NO Shotgun (similar to Xplode, but without as much of the stimulants) allowed me to work out harder as well. Any time you up your weights you are going to get soreness.

I would dial it back for a while, and cycle off the NO stuff for a month or so. It kind of sucks having to do that, but it beats the hell out of ending up with chronic tendonitis and losing months as a result. I'm all for pushing the envelope, but as I learned from first hand experience you first need to know where the envelope is.
