    Testosterone Phenylpropionate - Kick-in time?

I understand that the half life is 4.5 days (prop is 3 days), but I can't seem to find the average "kick in" time.....

Little shorter for me. Sex drive in a week and gym drive in 2 weeks. I would say its closer to prop then enth in terms of kick in.

It will peak in your system in less than 2 weeks. So you should be feeling it before then.
And the plasma half-life is just under 3 days, versus 2 for prop. (I measure plasma half-life by multiplying the number of carbons on the ester by .7 and double that number to get the elimination half-life, which is really the active life).

Thanks.....any idea why it's so unpopular? I hardly ever hear about it other than the fact that it's in sust.

Well, it is the only other common Nandrolone ester (NPP).
The downside to NPP is that it has a real heavy ester, yet it releases quickly, since the phenyl group gets cleaved off in one chunk. This can also be an advantage though, since it has better solubility in oil than the release rate would suggest.

seems like it has all the advantages of prop (fast release, less water retention) along with the advantages of enth (less frequent injections)....should be more popular.

is it as painful as prop?
