I'm planning on a cycle length of 8 weeks.
I need advice on a PCT , that's why Im here.. to learn the do's and dont's
I'm a bit confused as to exactly how the fat % is worked out. I did the caliper test recently and that was 9:17 .
but obviously that does not take into account fat underneath the muscle and so on...so how do i accurately test my BF% ?
I understand that taking both of these can be quiet hard on the liver, so I am upping my water considerably and staying away from all other toxins ( alcohol ) to try and prevent any damage.
Please advise?? thanks!
