hi guys
my names sam
im 16 and ive been training for a couple of months
now steroids never crossed my mind untill now . but i need to know every thing before i take them
i want to take tablet form steroids
questions
how many should you take a day ?
when shoul you take them ?
how do they work ?
do you eat them with meals ?
can you still drink protein shakes with them ?
will they fxck your body up inside ?
what happensa after you finish taking them ?
thanks to any one who can help me
also what type of diet hould i follow with them in order to get big ? thanks

since you are 16 by viewing your screen name (94-2010), unfortunately we cannot provide any advice to you since you have to be 18 (i believe) to register w/this site. Please come back in 2 years to research and read as much as you can before even thinking about taking any type of AAS (my personal advice would be to stay away until your 25)

Ok, then seriously NO. We have plenty of members here who have taken roids before they were 25, not 18 or 21 but 25 and they are now having to see a doctor because their bodies will not produce enough testosterone for them to function properly. They have depression, ED and many many more symptoms of low TEST.
Your choice, choose wisely!

Whey protein isolate, bcaa, multi-vitamins, creatine monohydrate, and casein protein are all you really need as far as supplements.
But remember, FOOD, TRAINING, REST, SUPPLEMENTS <-----in that order mann.

so food an hour before training ? big sesion .. hour rest then protein ?
whey protein ill be taking now
