First cutting cycle
Ive been doing cardio for 3 months and have gone from a 38 inch waist to a 35 inche waist. have done a lot of bulking cylces in the past but never a cutting one.
For cardio ive been doing
Mon HIIT 30mins
Tues low intencity 30mins
Wed HIIT 30mins
Thur low intencity 30mins
Friday HIIT 30mins
Mon Chest + Triceps
Tues Back + Biceps
Thur Shoulders and legs
Reps ranging from 10-15
Diet (Ive got irritable bowel syndrome so had to work round that with a gluten and dairy free diet. Also cant have protein shakes because of it)
Meal 1 40g porridge 50g quinoa and 200ml soya milk
Meal 2 35g rice and tin of tuna with spoon of virgin oil and balsamic viniger
Meal 3 20g porridge 50g quinoa 200ml soya milk 4 boild (eggs 2 full and 2 egg whites)
Meal 4 35g rice and chicken Breast
Meal 5 35g rice and chicken Breast
I want to get more of a muscle and fitness look maybe something like Frank Zane. What would you recommend for a good first cutting cycle? With the help of a cutting cycle be good to get down to 30-31 inche waist.

im fair sure u can get gluten friendly protein
