    Testosterone cyponite problems need help

    hi , im 23 bodybuilding for 5 years, taking steroids for 3 years // 2 scoops whey per day// // 100 kg bench press//

    at the moment ive taken testosterone / deca ,2 months back ....
    now im taking hcg and clomate

    BUT now my lean muscle mass is decreasing exponantially.

    1* should i start the next cycle with this same combination

    2* any other better combination of anabolic steriods with minimum sideeffects

    sounds like your diet is the culprit...your probably not eating enough to sustain your gains...

    ohh yea and no dont start another cycle till you figure out where you are going wrong...sounds like you jumped into the deep end of the pool without knowing how to swim if you know what i mean....

    i was thinking that samething.. 2 scoops thats what ?? 50grams? thats nothing.. Now as far as bodybuilding, you should know its 80%diet 20%lifting.

    def not eating correctly 2 scoops of whey a day is a drop in the bucket m8...take a peek at the diet section of the fourms

    I shat out two scoops of whey protien before breakfast this morning

    height 5.10
    weight 172lbs

    my diet is

    brekfast 6 eggs white with 100gm oatmeal 1 cup of milk

    Snack 1 scoop of whey protein and 4 or 6 bananas

    lunch 250gm boieled beef with some time rice or 8 bananas


    before workout 2 boiled potato or some time protein bar

    dinner any type of vegetable 300gm

    fook me 14 bananas a day?

    breakfast is not too bad but the rest of the diet is pretty poor, I would get in the diet section......

    Well, think about this logically. if ur not gaining weight at 5'10" 170lb, what the hell do u think u should do? Inject steroids ? Or, why not just eat some more food?

    oh and strong eating like 50 bananas a day. But i dont see how u have enough protein/calories in ur diet. post ur macros brah

    definatly not nearly enough food, try losing about 10-12 of those bananna's and replaceing them with 4-5 good meals, need to do more research before thinking of another cycle. diet forums will give you alot of help.

    sorry forgot to mention the fact that you are too young to be doing aas, you risk fing up your whole endocrine sys (thyroid,testicles,pituatary glands) just to name a few,if you think its no big deal research each of these glands and see if you still want to cycle.
