Has anyone here ever done EPI before? and what gains did u get? It says to do for 4 weeks on the box but on the internet I regularly see people doing it for around 6-8 weeks. Any one care to give me some more information about EPI?

i assume your referring to the PH epistane? people normally do it for 6 weeks because it dosen't fully kick in till week 3. i dont think you will beexperiencing any major mass gain, ive heard in the region of 5-8lbs but mostly muscle
