okay ive been reading up on it and so far ive gotten mixed info. some say you only need to inject once a week and some say 2-3 times a week. has anyone had any experience with it and can clear this up for me?

Sust has prop in it, not a lot but it is in there. For that reason you "should" pin eod to get the benefit of all the esters in there. However, if you pin 2x a week you will still see results but it would be best eod.

as mentioned above every other day or every 3 day would be most beneficial having in mind short active time of propionate easter

but what if youre only taking a small dose to keep your libido from crashing? would once a week suffice?

Actually yes, once a week would be fine.

2x a week is fine as well.

I'm going to write thread on this tomorrow when I'm not so tired.

Sust was originally designed for TRT, so all this talk that sust "has to be shot EOD" or you're "wasting the prop" is rubbish.
