Cardiovascular performance while on Test cycle?

Usually one wants to bulk up on a test cycle, which is my plan also. However, I will not neglect cardio, as I'd rather be shredded than huge. Most of my cardio is done on the treadmill. Generally speaking, what can I expect in terms of effect on endurance/performance in running while I'm on a test cycle? Do I need to take it easier on the treadmill? For instance, a typical run for me now would be 3 miles, 3% incline in about 25 minutes. Nothing record-setting, but I go harder on the mill than most people do in the gym. I want to maintain some aerobic endurance and stay very, very lean.

I'm very susceptible to pumps and get calf-pumps just by going over 300mg/week of test.
But test will raise your RBC and psychological drive, so factor that in along with the extra weight gained and you shouldn't notice much of a gain or loss in endurance on a moderate dose of test.
