    1st of all before you start your BF% should be 15 or less.
    hcg should stop before pct in my opinion, and it is dosed in iu not mgs usually.

    you may want to work some clomid into your pct aswell

    Hi Ron,
    Thanks for the feedback. I corrected the HCG in IU as it should have been. My mistake. How much Clomid with Nov should I take for the PCT? Please advise. Thanks

    Personally i would run PCT like this

    Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 100/100/50/50

    Make sure you have these products before you actually start you cycle!

    And also (and this is just me again) i would only run the dbol for 4 weeks and up the dose to 40-50mg per day, start at 40mg and taper up depending on sides.

    leave the Dbol at 5 weeks.. it is fine for a ramp up.. i would do arimidex 2-13 rather than 1-12 since test won't kick in for atleast a week or two.. even the Dbol will take a week.. also, for the HCG break it up ot 250 iu every 3 days.. don't wanna do on 500iu shot a week.. it will spike your system.. break it up, and you probably won't need it until week.. five.. ALSO, make sure that you take 14 days from last injection before starting PCT.. and do it as Big Ron suggested, as nolvadex alone is not sufficient.

    Guys, I have a question re: bodyfat. Why does everyone recommend 15% or less. What risk do you run if it's a couple percentage points higher? like in the 16-18? range
