1st cycle
For my first cycle i was thinking running test and tbol and ending with var what you think?

200 pounds 16 yrs off and on training 6 ft tall dont no my bf just a little gut not much good diet

Stick withe just test. Maybe add Tbol at the beginning at 50 mg/day split into 2 or 3 doses, depending on concentration. Tbol will make you a little bit harder but wont give you any amazing gains. Good pumps and a hard look will only really work if you get your diet nailed down before hand. Get them abs visible before you attempt a cycle. Just give yourself a month to really lose the extra fat "your gut" before you start a cycle.
But since your prop like fu ck em IM doing it anyways......
Run Test ( which kind are you looking at) at 400-500mg per week for 12 weeks. Than figure out your pct..... search things such as HCG , Nolvadex , Aromasin , Clomid...... and research that.
Anavar on the last 4 weeks will give you a good look, maybe harden you up, but once again you must be able to see your abs before hand to get the full effect.

No i am from the US but would like to movce to canada , i go to casino but now with all the passports it make it hard i havent been in awhile
