If you're working out and eating as you say, then you would absolutely have to have some sort of medical problem if you are not losing weight. It's simple math. You need to start doing some serious cardio and run your diet regimen in the diet subforum for analysis.

AAS aren't going to do anything for you at this point, just determination and an honest look at what your actual food consumption and calories burned through exercising are. If you look for a magic pill now, you will never respect the efforts required to lose that weight AND keep it off, and you will end up right back where you are.

    /tough love

X 2 ...... Hit the diet section, i do not believe that you are doing what you say you are and not loosing weight, please dont think there is a easy way out because there is not.

You will be amazed at the progress you can make when you get your diet/training in the right place.

Shit dude, it sounds like your in an ideal position to where I was just 3-4 years ago. Congradulations!

I was 41, 100lbs. overweight and thought it was hopeless for me. Hell, how the f am I gonna loose ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, especially at MY AGE!

When I changed my THINKING, when I made a DECISION that I wasn't gonna focus on the damn mountain of the 100 lbs, but just the next few steps in front of me, my perspective changed. And the impossible now was not on my mind anymore.

I focused on small, reasonable, manageable daily goals like having lunch at subway and not burger king. I started drinking lots of H20 and went on a low fat high lean protein diet the best I could. Weight started coming off. Now I was hopful and on my way.

If you need medical help in the from of medicine or something else let your physician make that call. They are not idiots and know that at 100 lbs overweight your a walking heart attact waiting to happen. If your primary care doc doesn't think it's a good idea, as for a frerral to a specialist who oversee's these kinds of issues. Don't start taking drugs on your own supervision and prescription bro.

You may simply not be eating enough. What you have to understand is that when your body sees a tremendous caloric deficit it will adapt to it and do whatever possible to prevent you from losing weight, specifically body fat. This is a natural defense mechanism to keep the human species alive in times of famine. Body fat is hard to store, its made up from a lot of calories, and consequently it can sustain life for a much longer time than muscle. The body is geared to get rid of any muscle that is not absolutely necessary first. That way if the famine ends early you didn't lose any of that precious body fat that was so hard to store. This is actually a great survival mechanism. The problem is that humans no longer live on the edge of starvation. Rather we all eat every day, typically several times a day, and all this mechanism is doing now is keeping us fat.

So, you have to be smarter than your metabolism. You should be eating 6-8 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Snacking is not bad! So long as the snack are nutritious. Snacking allows you to keep your metabolism going. The idea is that if you eat small quantities often your metabolism starts moving faster. Think of it like a fire. A fire burns best if you maintain it. If you constantly let it burn down to coals and then throw a big log on it it doesn't put out much heat and doesn't burn very efficiently.

As far as macros and calories I'd need to know your weight ion order to give you accurate advice on that. Knowing exactly what kind of cardio you are doing and any weight training, etc. is also important.

As stated, drugs are a no no now. You run far too many risks due to the amount of overweight you are carrying. The good news is that once you get your diet dialed in you will start losing weight at a rate of probably about 8-10lbs a month. Losing 100 lbs is going to take you almost a year, but you can't look at it like that. You have to get rid of that first 10lbs and then go from there. We'll help you get there. Post back or PM me for more info.

TKO---that is sound advice. 6-8 small meals per day is key to keep your metabolism fired up. Also need to stick with the gym too....it takes time to fire your metabolism back up....working out and frequent small meals will do it. You will need to be dedicated and stick to it and it wont be easy, but it will be worth it. Stay off the juice until you lose the fat. Go to the diet section on this board and watch the 6 short videos under the first post in the thread "so you want to learn how to diet" it is all laid out there. Good luck
