Winny, how long before??

I was wondering when the best time to take winni. Like how long before workout or whatever? All help is appreciated, you've been good bros. thanks.

I split it into to dosages 25mg in the morn and 25mg at around dinner.

I'd just guzzle the WHOLE amp at noon...workout around 4pm... I think as long as you are taking it EOD at the minimum it'll be in your system for 12hrs after you drink/shoot it.

ive taken it like a hour before workouts, but i got the most out of it when you spread it out throughout the day... like what shredz said.

If it is depot drink it or shot it an hour before workouts.

If it is tabs break it up as the others have suggested
