i got gynecomastia from taking h-drol. im 16 years old and before you starting judging me just tell me which supplement is good to get rid of it. ive heard that all of these are good. but are they?

See an Endo and get blood work done (metabolic, lipid, and hormonal panel). Hopefully you haven't done any permanent damage, and hopefully you'll take this as a sign not to mess with your hormones at a premature stage in your life.
