Thank You!
Thats some bodyfat% buddy.
Anyway, you are very young for a cycle and at 6'1 and 160 lb your diet needs real help, you are nowhere near your genetic potential. My advice would be to go to the diet section and post your diet and stats and ask for help, you won't find anybody recommending you do a cycle right now.
hmm i see.
Its just that being I want to gain it soon and i eat right homecooked meals all day everyday. I eat plenty of protein and i am starting my offseason workout plan next week.
I figured i eat right, workout, right, im the perfect candidate too see real results and not just water weight
Ok well aside from your diet and training you are Very Young to be taking aas.The long term repercussions are potentialy disasterous. You openly admit you are new here and I respect that so I will leave you with this advise.Spend a few hours reading all you can on this site.Look at other threads where 19y/olds have asked about using aas. And as a great man once said.Educate before you medicate. Good luck.
Additionally you should not mention anything that would assist anyone in identifing you. You Just can't be too safe.
I would love to see a photo of you at 4% BF.
Agree w/ above. Too young and inexperienced.
EAT! you'll easily gain that weight...also, i would advertise i play baseball for villanova and want to take steroids...imo
seriously.... eat eat eat.....
you should eat so often you feel disgusted at the sight of food, then you force it down....afterwards... you have a chicken breast
get the idea?
i often have problems eating enough food... you just have to force yourself to eat the way you force yourself to push that last rep in the gym
You obviously don't eat enough if you are only 160 lbs at 6'1" you will have trouble gaining weight even with steroids if you don't learn to eat right. Probably need to do way more research too because 4% bf is lower than most professional bodybuilders compete at you are probably much closer to 10% than 4%.
Waiiiiiit. Before anyone even asks about how old this kid is and all that shit. let me ask him this: ARE YOU SERIOUSLY NOT BEING TESTED? ANY D1 ONE SCHOOL LIKE VILLANOVA WILL CONSIDERING IT'S AN NCAA RULE. Im calling BS that you go there, because you WOULD know that if you did and would know juice is not an option because ud be dropped from the team. In fact here is there testing policy: http://www.villanova.com/genrel/102301aaa.html
yeah bro it would b pretty hard for you to gear at villonova, i no they test players alot now for baseball in d1. football is a whole nother story tho.
thank you for the help guys i appreciate it.
A good dit gives you more energy as well. I think i eat alot but i really dont i have to throw a protien shake in their as well.
And also alot of steak, tuna, peanut butter, n chicken as well
:haha:hi my name is Barry Bonds can someone tell me about taking steroids?
Why would you mention what school you go to? Not tryin to flame ya but thats just not smart
C'mon, we all know you shouldn't be using AAS in NCAA competition, but the reality is a heck of a lot of people do (I want to say most, but I haven't the evidence to prove that bold of a statement). I've played sport at a highly competitive level that undergoes the same testing practices as the NCAA (I was not a part of any NCAA organization or affiliate), and was only "randomly" tested following outstanding performances.
In fact during my first year I hadn't been tested even once. I never juiced, but I knew plenty of dudes who did. They all knew when they were getting tested in advance and how to try to work around the tests. Some were successful, some weren't - but in the end, no one really cared about the fact it was happening, until someone got caught.
I think the bigger problem here is the severe lack of awareness and knowledge. Seems OP heard he needed more weight and immediately decided he needed some AAS. I am willing to bet - based on his stats - that if he spent the off-season working hard with the right diet, his goal wouldn't be far from obtainable.
Edit: Mentioning the organization you are associated with was a horrendous decision.
LMAO. Did you seriously just narrow your possible identity to around 25 guys for everyone to see??? WOW
ill be watchin villonova baseball this year and if i see any jay cutlers im callin it in
You should ask a mod to edit or delete this
While I personally think aas are the best thing since sliced bread and think they should be legalized and regulated more loosely, a lot of people dont feel that way. Especially when you mention baseball.
let's see:
Sciacca, Tyler
Helisek, Kyle
Packard, Drew
those are my three guesses as per the 'nova website:
http://www.villanova.com/sports/m-ba...asebl-mtt.html
if that's not the case, you're a JUCO transfer who's sporting the #27....i'll come watch fall practice and cheer you on. haha
your coach isn't the smartest man alive then. you're young. you're going to add weight just by getitng older. lay off the juice.
putting on 20 pounds isn't gonna get you drafted. teams don't draft players based upon how much you bench or how much you weigh.
let your stats do the talking...
lol funny
too heat lol
Since this kid is obviously having stove top stuffing at billys house right now I'll ask for him. Could a mod edit the school name part out of this thread? It doesn't seem to add anything and could bring a lot of heat down for their institution
