    Cool Need help please

    About 7 months ago i started taking 250ml deca 250 ml test but got through almost the whole cycle was getting good results but had to leave the country for family reasons lost everything i gained and now im back and want to start again what is the best to take and what is the best to take after im done with the cycle to keep what i have gained?? And also what is a ghood work out plan for me im 130 pounds but its very hard for me to gain.

    If not, your diet needs to be addressed. You won't keep what you gain from the cycle on your current diet, guaranteed.

    You need to stop considering AAS if you do not even have a workout routine yet?!?

    How bout you do some research, figure out a decent diet cuz at 130lbs you obviously do not know how to eat and get yourself in a position to even consider a cycle.

    im 24 male
    i been working out off and on worked out hard when i started my first cycle so got good experince on working out i dont know too much about pct and my goal is to get bulky and gain atleast another 35 pounds?

    im back n the gym working out 4 days a week 2 muscles a day.
    what kind of positon do i need to get in to consider a cycle?

    you don't need aas just focus more on your diet. you need to eat like a cow
