I've been taking Clen for 3 days now. The first day I took 50 MCG, the second day I took 75 MCG, didn't feel anything so today I took 100 MCG and still, I don't feel much. Can I bump it up tomorrow or am I asking for trouble?

Some people are claiming clen can cause a heart attack. Could just be an elaborate rumor. Dunno if anyone has any evidence or studies to support it. I know it can do this to animals in very very high doses. Anyway I have run clen and could "feel" it working and I recommend keeping the dose low. There are some great logs where people do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and repeat. Just run it longer not harder is my opinion.
the max i have run it is 400mcg. i dont recommend that but hey im not dead

Children who consumed between 0.05-0.075 mg of clenbuterol showed
only mild tachycardia. A 30-year-old woman who consumed 30 tablets
equivalent to 0.6 mg clenbuterol (10 µg/kg approximately) developed
tachycardia and slight hypertension approximately 1 hour after
consumption. No tablet remains were found on gastric lavage, and
medicinal charcoal and a saline laxative were given. The following
day, the patient's pulse rate and blood pressure had returned to
normal (Boehringer, 1991a).
Patients (100+) administered doses of 20-60 µg/day (0.3-1.0 µg/kg
bw per day) for up to 1 year or 20 µg/day (0.3 µg/kg bw per day) for
up to 6 months showed no adverse effects except for slight tremor and
occasional, mild tachycardia (Laumen, 1978; Tullgren & Lins, 1987).

Here you can read about the LD50 in animals, which took milligrams (not micrograms) of drug/kg of body weight.
I bet unless you had a serious episode of tachycardia, I doubt you'd die from Clen.
Funny story, when I first got liquid clen I didn't realize that the dosing was in mcg, and took like 200-300mcg in one dose. All of my muscles cramped like a bastard and my vision was screwed up, but it eventually got better. I didn't die.
I bet you could step it up 10-20mcg at a time and you could safely know what you're able to tolerate. Anything over 100 gives me cramps and a headache.
I guess the problem is that later in your clen cycle, when your beta-2 receptors are downregulated, it'll take exponentially more clen to feel the effects. I guess it'd be nice to know the max dose of clen you could take without killing yourself.
I guess I don't really know. I can't find much about maximum safe doses in humans online.
The highest I go is 120 mcg and I feel that is plenty. I combine with T3 and the fat flys off me.
400 mcg....wow that is crazy high.....you must have been shaking all day long!
yeah pretty much. bad headaches aswell but i seem to be able to ignore sides quite easily
I wouldnt go over 200mcgs a day
Any how we are not trying to have a comp of how much we can take, everybody is different you have to find a good dose for yourself judged by the tolerable side effects

I develop a tolerance after about a week and go to 180mcg a day from that point on. It is still minimally effective at that dose for me for some reason.
i started around 60 day one went to a 100 day two and thats where im at... my tremors are bad, but my hands are usually shaky anyhow... sometimes i get it in my neck based on how im sitting and my head wobbles lol .. the cramps pop up here and there but from what i read drink like a couple gallons of water and look into taurine. . . i believe it was 3-5 mg of that a day will help cramps but dont quote me on that dont want to give bad dosing advice... then there is always the standard of bananas... potassium pills would help too... i get them in my feet mainly at home in the gym my back and weird as spots will cramp... im working on it
