Online Trainers - Anyone used them?

I was wondering if anyone had success using online trainers such as

Phil Hernon
Dave Palumbo
Alex Azarian
Layne Norton

And the host of others?

Anyone had experience with any of them?

I don't now about Layne and I hear good things about alex...

The propblem with phil he needs to doit his way or not.....

I would go with Dave or Alex....

Yes, I gave his programs a full year...just didn't work to me....
