Help on a cycle

I need a little help on my next cycle! The only two I could get my hands on were sustanon and 5mg winstrol tabs. I've took a cycle of just sus before. Iwanted to incorporate a oral in this cycle and I need some help on the dosage. Here is the info you need: iwant to gain at least 15 pounds of muscle but be a little cut. I think I have enough for a 10 week cycle. Please get back to me asap.
