    Scar Tissue questions

    ive been searching the forums for a couple hours now and cant find alot of information other than its bad? i was just wondering how serious it is? i rotate my sites but my delts are still building scar tissue. im pinning EOD monday delts, weds ventro glute, friday pecs, sunday opposite ventro glute. so im pinning each group every 7 days. Is there any supplement that can help with the degradation of scar tissue? Vitamin E maybe? i dont know how bad my scar tissue really is but when hit my delts i can def feel it, dosnt hurt just harder to get into the muscle. any information on scar tissue would be a plus thanks guys

    Take deltoid out of your spot rotation and accept another location if your worried.

    How long have you been injecting in the delts??? I must have injected hundreds of times in each delt over the years and have very little scaring...
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    my previous cycle quite a bit, i was doing ventro glutes as well but pulled blood once for the first time and got freaked out so for the last 4 weeks or so i was rotating delts eod, so the last 4 weeks 1 1/2cc every 4 days

    Rotate various injection sites and massge the areas in question with the scar tissue.
    Perhaps even deep tissue massges.
