I've been bulking for 5 months now, and i wanna be ready for next summer so I'm going to start cuttin down.
This will be my first cycle, and with all the research i've been doing i put this together..

Im going to incorporate a keto diet with 0 carbs during this cycle..and then carb up progressively with high, mod and low carb days to keep the fat burning.

I would appreciate if u guys do give ur opinion, suggestions etc..

I'm so hyped up,can't wait to start..know its gonna bust my a** with the diet but still !!!! lol

For one you need to reduce your bf% a bit more before starting the cycle.
Even tho you are wanting to cut it is BEST to cut a bit more naturally to avoid more side effects.

Your Pct should run like this.
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50

Yeah.. I'm already working on gettin my bf% down to 13-14% before i start.
So u think i should drop the l-dex for the pct?..should i use it during cycle then?..i was also thinking about getting aromasin instead..

I do not believe you need it during pct, you can run a low does during cycle, i wouldnt run it if you are not gyno prone, which you wouldnt know this being your 1st cycle.
i would pick it up if you develop gyno symptoms, itchy nipples, lumps under nipples, etc

keep Arimidex (Liquidex) and run it throughout your cycle to keep estrogen levels low...

... use HCG to keep your balls active (more gains, quicker recovery, etc.)

Clen and T3, dosages will mostly depend on your reaction to them...

I'd run Nolva 20/20/20/20/10 as it seems to help, and Clomid only after you're done with Nolva for two weeks at low dosages... to prevent rebounds...

there are more reasons to run liquidex than gyno. water,estrogen levels which can effect sex life etc. I have never run liquidex till recently @ .25 per day and I am happy to noy look like a water balloon in the face I also am happy it has helped keep estrogen down so my cummer doesnt stop working.
