    Injection Question

    Hi Guys, I was ment to start a cycle last September 2009 but picked up a nasty injury and didnt get 100% until March 2010 so had to put it on hold until now.

    Injected 1ml Test-E in to my right glute yesterday went and it excellently no pain and no pain today. My question is should you contract the glute and then inject? I left mine relaxed and didnt even feel it going in. Im only asking because I hear guys talking about it hurting?

    I inject mine while squatting....

    NOOO keep the muscle relaxed when injecting!
