how will you be taking the b12 shots..
I was taking them @1000mcg EOD and it was messing me up a bit(diariah for 3 weeks)
I cut back to 1000mcg e3d and it seems to be better

I take 1000mcgs daily on cycle and in pct, it increase my feeling of well being and my appetite so I can consume more calories.
