Terrible cycle.
Age?
Height?
Weight?
body fat%?
Years training?
Thats horrible. Wheres the test?
wtf?
You seriously need to revise that cycle.
Start with your stats
You should do more research.
Im suprised no one has said " Test only" for first cycle...
hello water goodbye hair
I will do it test only on your first cycle bud.
Wow i didn't know it's that bad lol.
Age: 21
Height: 6"
Weight: 185
body fat? 11%
Years training? 2
What cycle do you guys recommend?
None, your 21 and light and only been training 2 years. Just get a diet in check.
I recommend eating more food. I would also recommend waiting till you're 25
you gotta wait atleast three more years.. do F?*ck up the rest of your life because you didn't wanna wait a couple years.. let your body do its thing for a couple more years.. train hard, do some reasearch and get your diet down.. you only wanna juice once you hit your glass ceiling naturally and you won't do that till you are 24-25
Not a good cycle at all....As a matter of fact, it's terrible. Research, research, research.....
Why wait? I only want to do ONE cycle and after these 2 years muscle growth is very slow. How is it going to f*ck up the rest of my life? I wouldn't even want any more height.
All i want is to do one cycle, bring test back to normal levels, and workout naturally from then on.
Good luck, you will not find any advice coming from this forum outside of "DO YOUR RESEARCH BECAUSE YOU ARE TO YOUNG" If you do a little research on the affects of AAS on the body you will understand the reluctance to dish out bad advice.
I can see that i am not getting advice so i give up lol.
I know a 17 year old who took steroids for one cycle with test cyp. and Dbol and took anti-estrogens and now 5 months after his cycle looks great he gained 25 pounds of muscle on cycle and is now working out naturally, so i don't see any problem.
these guys are just giving you the right advice.. if you dont use it and end up regretting it years down the road well so be it.
From reviewing this alone it would seem your diet is the culprit of your plateau. I would highly recommend posting your daily macros/diet in the nutrition section for critique.
Bodybuilding is long-term. There is nothing short-term about this sport and body modification even with drug enhancements. 2 years is still novice. Get at least 5 years under your belt in conjunction with a strong diet and training regimen before considering drugs.
I will recommend a cycle and it's a long one I hope you could handle it. Eat a ton of clean food and train like an animal ,and In a year your 17 year old buddy will be asking you for advice
Listen to HP he's giving you real advice
I did the same thing when i was 18 and a half.. gained 25lbs.. looked great, worked out naturally for 3 years afterwards and was fine.. so i thought... then when i was 22, graduated college and got a job and had to work i stopped working out as much.. needless to say i lost all my gains.. a couple years ago i started working out again and got bigger and stronger then i was when i was 22 (im now 27).. it took me a while, but i did it all naturally.. meaning i could have gotten there naturally when i was younger.. but i decided to take a short cut.. now, my natural tet levels are one third as high as they should be... in fact my test levels are lower than the average 90 year old man.. about 30% less.. i did proper PCT and everything.. but it did not matter.. in addition to this i have done unknown damage to my prostate and now am more likely to get heart disease..
All we are trying to say is that you should wait to do steroids.. if only another three years or so and save yourself the trouble.. steroids are for when you hit a glass ceiling for a year or two after 3-4 years of training and proper diet after the age of 24... anything out of that is going to be on you..
Your cycle is horrible by the way.. if you are not willing to take injections then stay away from steroids..
Also, more importantly.. why would you ever take the advice of a 17 year old??? using him as an "example" is a bad idea. .that boy ****ed his life, and won't know the implications of what he did for years, but god as my witness HE WILL REGRET IT!!!
Okay thanks guys i appreciate your helpful advice.
Also, there are a few steroids that don't decrease HPTA function or decrease them mildy, like Andriol. Can these also f**ck me up in the long run?
