Ok my clen should be here 2morrow. Gonna start it this weekend to make sure i can with stand the side if any so i want have any problems with school work etc.

The stuff i got is 200mcg per 1ml. Liquid form. I will be measuring it with a insulin syringe, of course with out the needle. Would this be a good way of taking it?

Can i mix it with water in the syringe to make sure i get it all?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

So to take 40mcg i would take .2ml correct.

It comes with an oral syringe to measure it out in. Oh and yes it will interfere with your school work if you take clen and only intake 1000-1200 cals a day while working out/doing cardio.

Im upping my cals. Im around 1500-1800 now

Well it came possibly gonna start tomorrow to see how it affects me.

Also on that 1200 cal diet i have gained 5lbs on bench and can do 4 more pull ups more than last week. My weight is hovering at 205 cant seem to drop below that.

Though i am upping it im at around 1500-1800 right now. Next week i should be on a 2000-2500 calorie diet 6 times a day. 40-20-20

at 200mcg/ml, each tick mark on the oral syringe (i believe 3ml) is equal to 20mcg, so yes .2ml will be 40mcg.
