What did you do when you got off the cycle? Workout? PCT? Most importantly,........DIET!
Many variables to consider here like what has been noted above. Impossible to quantify a culprit if we don't know anything about you and your prior history in regards to training/diet/cycle/pct.
so what you are asking is why results are not immediate? How quickly do you expect to get back into shape if you spent 8 months not training? What was your point of cycling if you were not going to train right after you were completed?Originally Posted by Dumbell2205;5374***

I did workout during the 8 months and did the pct thats why am asking cus am still really outta shape

the body doesnt just go into lazy out of shape mode on its own unless there is something chemically wrong. Go get some bloodwork done if you are concerned. Otherwise getting back into shape is just training.
stats pre cycle, stats post cycle?
i see your only 23 were you 22 when you cycled?
