Anavar dosages

this is my first anavar cycle and i was wondering if i should take all of it at once or split it up through out the day? im currently taking 40mgs next week ill be taking 60mgs. should i take the 40mg when i wake up or split it up at breakfast lunch dinner??

Well the active life of var is round about 8 hours so i would split it up

Split it, but know that Var is ridiculously weak for the price even at 100mg ED. Winny OWNS Var, it's not even funny. I'd even truly state that 50mg of Winny is still better than 100mg of Var IME.
