Itchy Nipples and X-tren friend needs help.
My friend called me this morning and "thinks" his left nipple itches. He is on his second week of X-tren . He has been taking L-dopa since cycle start. He is not sure if its a mental thing or if it really itches.
Incase this gets worse what is his best defense? Dostinex? Vit B6?
I know the PH X-tren can cause Prolactin based gyno.
I just ended my Xtren cycle and had no probs.

I think tren causes prolactin based gyno which some say nolva and ai won't work. I guess u need a strong anti prolactin drug. I'm here though because I'm not sure if that's bro science.

How does he not know if his nipples are itchy or not? Sounds like he is making himself believe that there is an issue when there may not be.
Anyways, here is a good read for you:

Lol yeah dude I think it might be in his brain. We taking it day by day before we go to nuts.

Prolactin is not making his nipples itch. Progesterone (which can be lowered by reducing estrogen) is the likely culprit. He just needs some Nolva and maybe a bit of Exemestane.
BTW, supplementing with L-Dopa isn't going to do shit, since it doesn't have good oral bioavailability. A dopamine agonist would work better. But once again, I doubt that his problem is Prolactin related.

I completely agree w/B.
For some reason 19nors seem to give nolva a bad rep but it could not be farther from the truth based on what I have read. Thats why I posted that link to support that train of thought.

Thanks bro, just gave him 20mg of nolva and told him to take 10 for a few days after.

I'd tell him to run 20mg ED for the 1st week & then drop to 10mg ED.

He has 4 weeks left with xtren. I'm gathering he should run nolva through the cycle at 10mg Ed after the initial 20mg. Then how would he transition into pct?

Just as you would expect. 10mg ED right up-to PCT and then kick it up to the desired PCT dose (Probably 40/40/20/20 or something similar).

He was going to run clomid for pct since most say for xtren it's better. After hearing what you are saying nolva seems better.

Just have him run 20mg for 4 weeks for PCT. Any higher dose is overkill.
