You obviously did not read it, here i spoon feed you

    "FOR GYNO REDUCTION"

Tamox - 40mgs ED (for the first 5 days.)

From there you can drop the dose to 20mgs ED, and if symptoms subside, continue use of 10mgs throughout the remainder of your cycle and into PCT.

Once the hard tissue comes, only surgery will reverse it. I had gyno & tried everything to reverse it but all the anti-estro suppliments in the world didn't help me. I competed for a few years, then got gyno after poor PCT after a heavy test cycle. I lived with it for 3 years then just had the surgery last fall. This is just my personal experience, so others may have a different suggestion. You can try & change up your diet because they will get smaller, with any fat you loose, but once that hard breast tissue is there, it's time for surgery.....if you think it's worth going under the knife.

I would go with letro or exemestane for gyno problems, save the nolva for pct.

Next time DONT spoon feed. DM7 and you offered good advice to start with and he responded by almost calling you stupid more or less then you are nice enough to point him to the exact article and facts and he still does not bother to read it. Sounds like you doesnt like to do any research which would explain the gyno in the first place.
