    Exclamation Starting first cycle

    hey guys, after weeks of researching i think i'm ready to give AAS a shot. Of course i'll need a lot of help from this forum. here are my stats:

    Age: 24
    Height: 5'9
    Weight: 170Lbs ~5-8%bf
    I've been lifting for 6yrs+ on and off, and only about 1.5yrs of very serious. i'm at a pretty a level which i am comfortable with but i would like to add on some mass

    After looking at many sites i finally found two dealers that seem to be pretty legit from others. One of the dealers is having a Summer Sale so i'm probably ordering from him.

    I was thinking of starting of with Anavar as i hear its not so harsh on the liver and you keep a lot of your gains.
    thinking of 20mg the first week (10mg morning & 10mg night)
    then upping the dose to 30mg the 2nd week
    40mg 3rd and 4th week
    and for the 5th & 6th week finishing off with d-bol (i read somewhere that these two work wonders together)

    Now the gyno Q's.

    From my understanding in order to provent estrogen i need to get an anti estrogen blocker and the 2 most popular ones are Clomid And Nolvadex. So my Q is which one should i chose? i read on a forum that Clomid is much better.
    What are my chances of getting gyno? How much damage will be done to the liver? will my testies shrink? will i experience baldness?

    This is what my diet consists of.
    6am- bowl of oats and boiled egg
    9am- peanut butter & jelly sandwich x2
    12-2pm- pretty heavy meal, either a sandwhich with huge piece of chicken breast or subway sandwhich
    3-4pm- usually home made soup with more boiled meat in it and 2 boiled eggs and a steak
    6-9pm- usually after gym, big bowl of salad, 5-6 baked potatoes
    11pm- maybe a bowl of cereal or tea with bread and cheese

    please feel free to give me any advice and tips or pointers.

    If you wanna gain your diet needs seriouse work. that is not enough food to gain none the less add mass
    some friendly advice is to have you check out the diet forums do some research on bulking diet and draw up a plan, post it and have it critiqued. you need to learn more and oral only cycle is not a good choice, every cycle needs test to subsidise the loss of your own natural production. keep reading and welcome to the site

    my fist tip would be go back to the drawing board as this cycle and diet plan are a mess and show that you havent spent nearly enough time resurching the compound as you did finding a source....sorry bro im not trying to flame you man but you are far from being ready to do this properly...

    sorry for the confusion guys. i meant this is what my diet is like right now. i know it'll have to change. and no worries about flaming me. i'd rather have that then mess up my body on the long run.
    is an oral cycle really not that great? i thought i would stay away from injections in my first cycle but looks like i was wrong. what would be the best test to subsidies?
    i will do more research on it but a quick answer would be great.
    and ghettoboyd you are right about me spending more time finding a source. =/ will do more research

    if your not ready to pin than steroids might not be for you. What are the exact goals you want on this cycle becuse at 5'9" 170
    i think your diet is all you need
