My Test Cycle Revised
Hello People,
Can you help me with my first cycle?
Age - 33
Weight - 222lbs
BF% - 25% (will reduce 1st)
Height - 6ft
1st cycle
TEST ENANTHATE 500MG / WK (250mg Mon & 250mg Thurs) WK 1-12
DBOL 30MG ED (10mg morn/a-noon/eve) WK 1-4
HCG 500iu / WK (250iu X 2) WK 1-12
AROMASIN 6.25MG ED WK1-20
PCT COMMENCING 14 DAYS AFTER LAST INJECTION
CLOMID ED:100mg/100mg/50mg/50mg WK 14-19
NOLVA ED: 20mg/20mg/20mg/20mg WK 14-19
Questions/Concerns
When should i introduce HCG???
Do i need to use Aromasin???
I will reduce bf% to at least 15% first.
Some advise against using dbol but i really want to use it as a kick starter.
Should i inject twice a week or once a wk.
Come boys help me out...

Any ideas lads??? Take your time not starting till end of november or till i can get bf% down!!!!

I would not start running the hcg in week one wait till week two at least. and stop a week before pct.

oh ya bf% at least 15% if not man you may run into some issues. What does your diet look like seems like that would be the place to start before you touch any gear.

I agree bro, i have been getting my diet sorted with advice from other members on the site.... First is the diet, then the training and then finally once the bf% is down i will get on the gear...

IMO with only running 500mg/wk test you dont really need to start HCG so fast considering youre running a 12 week cycle. Id wait untill at least week 6 bc even if you do shut down hard, (which I dont see on 500) you will bounce back with plenty of time left before your end.
BF shoundnt stop you from running a cycle unless youre extremely overweight which you are not. Youre heavy and possibly a bit round but nothing to the effect of "dont run anything now". Running this cycle will only help you drop the unwanted fat, build muscle and help you get in better shape faster. Although if youre not planning on starting for another month, deff do as much cardio as you can to help while you do have the time.

Cheers vettewreck, i will defo be dropping the bf% down first, i wanna make sure i give my self the best chance with AAS and see the best reults poss... just means strict diet and shit loads of cardio.....
