N00B with gear?help please!
Ive got some test 400. I haven never done a cycle, I work out regularly. I am 19 5'8 165 about 14-16% body fat. I want to get some muscle on me to fill out my extra skin from when i was 40 lbs heavier. I don't want anything crazy and i want to be able to keep most of it after i stop. Is 1cc a week going to bulk me a bit and let me keep it after?

Put the juice in your drawer and lock it. Learn how to diet and get solid workout together. Do this for a few more years then maybe pull the juice out. I haven't heard a word about about PCT....Do you know what it is? Not to mention, at 19 you could damage HPTA....But who cares about that.....I'm being sarcastic incase you didn't pick up on that...

Well can you guys help me out then! I need to get bigger im a little guy it kills me!!! I want to be big and strong(forgive the pun) What suppls can i take to get me bigger faster, ive been working out for six years and eating right for three. I cant seem to build any pecks or traps and have fat that lingers on my chest and love handle area, also thighs. I was a varsity wrestler in highschool at 135-145. I still had the fat areas then too.

Welcome by the way. The most inportant thing you can do is learn to eat and diet. This will be the only way you can keep it after. Goodluck.

The natural level of growth hormones and testosterone in your body right now is really high. Both of those hormones increases your body metabolism so you'll burn food/fat much faster. There is a great supplement section on this forum. As for using AAS at 19? I strongly discourage it. You can get messed up.

Nobody on here is going to advise you on how to use steroids , your 19 years old and have enough natural test to build muscle with the correct diet and training,Using steroids at such a young age is setting you up for the world of problems in the future.

What in the name of Moses parting the Red Sea makes you think you need steroids at the age of 19 and 165lbs? Do you realize at your age, your Testosterone is so high that in fact supplying it with synthetic Testosterone would make absolutely no sense? Do you understand the risks you will be putting yourself through? Andropause ? Erectile dysfunction? Sterility? Temporary to permanent damage to your bodies HPG-axis? Hormone Replacement Therapy for the rest of your life? Premature closing of your growth plates? Suppressed sex drive once you come off the cycle? Would you really want to put yourself through all of these risks just to receive the the strength and size that I guarantee you won't even keep once your PCT is done due to your lack of proper nutrition? Ask yourself this, are the risks, really worth the short term rewards?
No one here can make this decision here but you. Just realize the reality of it all. Realize how powerful these hormones are, and the serious damage they can do to such a young body that is still in the prime stage of it's growth. Take advantage of these short young years you have left with the high level of testosterone you have in your body. Food is damn near 90% of where gains come from, the other few % is the way you train, and way you give yourself time to recover, and the way you supplement yourself with OTC supplements.
You only live young once. You have the rest of your life to consider drugs as the only option of making yourself feel and look better. My advise to you is simple. Post your diet in the nutrition section, let the boys critique it, and from there, apply and take heed to what they offer and use the power of food for the next 4-5 years. I promise you that if you dedicate yourself to rigorous nutrition plans and training routines suited to your goals, you will reach your goals.
Good luck.

Everyone is 100% right. Eat better and improve your routine. Check the other sections, do some reading, and take it from there. If you need some help post up your current diet and routine, I'd be glad to provide my input, and I am sure others would help out as well.
AAS at 19 is a risk; but AAS at 19 when you know nothing about it, is just asking for severe, long-term trouble.

I just want to second this. There are TONS of people here who help each other and will help you as well. It's just that they are not necessarily going to let YOU be in the drivers seat. You have to remember you came here looking for help (indicating you need help and don't know what to do already and on your own).
Welcome! Three years ago I was a 300 lb tub of lard who was hopeless and thought he could never change. Now I'm about 260 and that's not simply 40 lbs of fat loss, it's a lot more fat loss than that and then muscle weight added. And I'm 43 now so I'm no spring chicken.
I wish I could snap my fingers and make every young person patient.
