    Am I doing something wrong ??

    So I'm in week 4 in my Test e and npp cycle and i haven't notice any mass gains...i know for a fact it is not bunk gear cause i have notice strong sides from the npp...i usually gain weight pretty fast when im on sust usually the 2nd week.to me its weird cause when i weight myself after work out i notice that i weight at 195 and then the next day i weight 188...here are my stats and diet...

    Age: 25
    height : 5'10
    weight: 188
    bf: last time i check 12%


    Npp 300mg per week for 6 weeks
    Test e : 500mg per week for 12 weeks

    Diet:

    Breakfast: 7 eggs with 2 yolks, 2 cups of oatmeal , one cup of greek yogurt and a banana

    or (only if I'm in a rush)

    60 grams of protein from shake with milk and a banana

    Midmorning: 48 gram protein shake

    Lunch : a whole pouch of tuna , cup of nuts , and an apple or two 6oz chicken breast with white rice and an apple '

    Pre workout - protein shake thats 24 grams

    post workout - protein shake 60 grams

    Dinner - Usually some sort of red meat or 2 6oz chicken breast with pasta or rice

    mid evening meal- 1 6oz of chicken breast with greek yogurt and banana

    Before bed- 48 grams of casein protein



    Any input would be awesome thanks

    i mean i notice some gains but i think its weird that one whole day i weight 195 or sometimes 197 and the next day im back to 188..i was just curious if i need to up my calories ..i dont think my test is bunk cause im not having deca dick at all--but npp sides are just excitement or really strong aggression the day after my inject

    I think there is many mistakes in your diet... way too much shake/ too little whole food. Take your diet to the diet section bro.

    also im mixing the test and npp in the same syringe i dont know if thats good or bad but its made from the same lab

    take a real look at your diet.
    Many people will post up diets of what their plan is,
    not what they are actually doing
    start keeping a log

    also can you be a little more specific on what your cycle is.
    and pct plans

    bro that many shakes a day is ridiculous. i have that many shakes a WEEK man. eat food if you want to grow

    youre missing lots of good shit....salmon,steak or beef, cottage cheese,brown rice.....go to the diet forum and work on what you eat man
