Diet:
Breakfast: 7 eggs with 2 yolks, 2 cups of oatmeal , one cup of greek yogurt and a banana
or (only if I'm in a rush)
60 grams of protein from
shake with milk and a banana
Midmorning: 48 gram protein
shake
Lunch : a whole pouch of tuna , cup of nuts , and an apple or two 6oz chicken breast with white rice and an apple '
Pre workout - protein
shake thats 24 grams
post workout - protein
shake 60 grams
Dinner - Usually some sort of red meat or 2 6oz chicken breast with pasta or rice
mid evening meal- 1 6oz of chicken breast with greek yogurt and banana
Before bed- 48 grams of casein protein
