anyone have injection instructions?

I have seen well put together instructions in the past with diagrams. My buddy is going on HRT and lives in another state. I thought it be easier to email something to him rather than talk him thru over the phone.

Usually his physician that is putting him on HRT will give him proper instructions if he has to self administer the drug...

That is a good one, thanks. I am on doctor prescribed test for HRT and my doc never even showed me how to inject. i learned from the internet. My buddy is going to use an AA clicnic that I also use out of FL so thier is no face to face consultation. This will help. Man, that guy on the video looks too young for gear though...
