    why cant i draw properley?

Every Tuesday about midday I shoot 300mg of test. I prepare the syringe push 1ml of air into the vial turn it upside down and TRY to draw. Try being the operative word here. I mean il be doing my 5th pin this tuesday so I have been managing it, but it takes me forever to draw the liquid out without lots of air being in there. I eventually get it right but after sometimes 15 minutes of messing about resquirting the stuff back in the vial because there is 5cc's of air in there. Im thinking the needles I am using which are blue (1inch) are too thin to draw....Is this correct?
I mean the injection is perfect and I dont understand it.

You are drawing with 25g? Damn no wonder it's taking you forever. Draw with a 21g at the smallest bro. Anything bigger and it tends to rip chunks out of the rubber stopper, and anything smaller tends to take way too long.

I hold the vial upside down, then put the needle in, push 1cc of air into it, then draw back the oil. No air issues, and it doesn't take long.

Use a bigger gauge pin to draw with.

heat the vial mate so the oil thinins out ,alot easyer and you can draw with the 23 blues you got ,warm oil helps with easy injecting and is good for cutting down on pip. warm oil all the way mate..

Heating it wont help that much. As HP said use a 21g and it will be quick. I do use a 25g many times but I am also very patient and I only do it if I don't have anything else but it's all good. It's only an extra minute or two out of your life. lol

errrr no disrepect man but yes heating it will help alotso for you to say that is just ttoaly untrue ,its getting cold here in the uk and when oil is cold its thick so heating it will help a whole ,i always draw with 23g pin and inject with a 25 with warm oil and have no probs at all.

heating it wont help - oh dear.

Heating it of course will help. 23g suck. They're too small. Try a 21-22g and see how much better it works. It's night and day. I don't know why they make the smaller gauges for IM injection, but I guess the smaller the gauge, the less damage it does to your muscle when you stab it... I don't get the part about getting 5cc's of air and having to squirt back in... You shouldn't be sucking much air in other than air bubbles, which you can tap out later. The only way I think you could do this is to have the needle stuck so far inside the vial that the tip extends past the juice. I think you'll get the hang of it, and you'll never wonder or think about this again...

here's a crazy idea... Try a 'drawing up' needle. Yes thats rite, thats what they are for! 18g blunt and meant for drawing up. Ive never had a proplem messing up the rubber stopper either, it easy to find and use the same hole everytime. Just use a sharp pin to make the initial hole and youre good to go!

I've always had good luck pulling and shooting with 18's. I know people will say shooting with an 18, that's crazy! However, they don't hurt anyworse than a 21, and the gear oozes out and never have site injection soreness. I would def not pull or shoot with anything less than a 21 for test.
