I'm looking for some help from some seasoned veterans. Done a lot of reading and am about to try my first cycle. Stats are: 6'2 185-190 about 17%BF. Looking to add bulk and cut to about 210. It's tough to work through all the posts, so many different opinions on suitable first stacks. Looks like the most common would be Sus/ Deca. I want something basic that I can follow and acheive good results without taking 6 things. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys...
