Im really struggling with hunger cravings, i mean somedays I can be strict and watch how much i eat, and I feel great about my self, I can see more of my abs etcc but just recently I have been getting so hungry it is unreal. Im just on my fith pin tuesday (week 4) and am besides the worries about losing my abs I am worried that my cjolestorol is getting high although I have no way of knowing.
Is this common and do you know of any ways I can resist eating so much and keeping my bodyfat down.....?
