    Crapping more...

    Totally random/embarrassing question...

    33y/o
    5'10"
    175lbs
    lifting for 4+ years
    8% body fat

    I've just started my first cycle of Dbol (trying to keep it simple for 1st cycle). I am 1 week in, currently taking 25mg daily, and I am crapping like 3 times a day! I got my gear from a recommended and trusted source and everything looks legit. (Methanoplex - pink diamond tabs - 50 on one side and A|X on the other - came in a little pouch with proper labeling)... I hope it's not bunk

    I have increased my caloric intake to 3500-4000 calories a day to keep my diet in check. Could this be from the increase in food? Or is an increase in bowel movements generally normal for Dbol? It is getting annoying... I feel like I have to crap all the time!!

    You might just be eating so much.

    As long as your not feeling sick, you should be ok
    same thing happens to me when I increase my diet

    Sucks cause I feel like I am busting my balls trying to get all 4k calories in there.... Then my ass just feels like it needs to get rid of it all

    Oh well... I am feeling like a mad man in the gym so I guess its just part of the gig.

    could be due to a high fat or high protien or high fiber diet.. if it is high in all three of the above then it compounds.. i always crap 2-3 times as much on gear.. even though i only eat 1.5x as much.. i think that maybe your body burns through the food faster.. but i don't know the science behind it

    this is great news. Protein is up, fat is up and i am guessing I'm getting more fiber than usual with the increase in overall food. I feel better about it now. you guys are great.

    my gas and dumps always increase on cycle. ..mostly because I'm taking in more food I think...

    i remember being alarmed the first time too

    LOL i was asking another mate a similar question, about how often i was shitting. For someone like myself who is trying to gain weight, i was told it is just my food digesting itself right.

    How are u spreading out your meals, like every 2 hours or every hour?

    And how big are the meals?

    I am not spreading it out as much as I probably should... I should eat more often. I have a medium breakfast in the morning (600 calories-ish), then a weight gainer shake about an hour after (1280 cal.), something small for lunch (500 cal), then work out, then a light dinner (600 cal.), then another weight gainer shake... that is a typical day (4300 cal). I would normally consume 2500-ish calories in a day. On average I eat every 2-3 hours... and the meals are not huge. I get most of my calories by drinking them (only way I've found to hit the 4000 mark for me personally).

    Seems like it is pretty normal... although, wiping my ass 50 times a day is starting to get irritating!!
