I am new to the forum, and I have a few ?'s.
I am 36 and 6' 1", 255 last bf% test shows to be 18%, but I think it was generous. I have lost 70 lbs since Feb. 2001, and plan to lose 40 more, I have been weight traing since july.
I am thinking about doing a cycle to get a jump start on more muscle mass and burning more fat.
Can anyone help me with what to start out with?
