    Legal Steroids??

I was looking at the legal steroids they sell on steroid.com and I was wondering if anyone has tried them? Are they worth it? Do I need to take test with them?

They aren't steroids at all. They are supplements designed to fool newbies like yourself.

They are mostly herbal compounds. If you give us your full stats we can advise you on what would be the best way to go to reach your goals.

Stick with a strong diet and training regimen. Put on some quality weight. 20lbs is not a realistic goal for a cycle, and if you gain that much from a single cycle you aren't ready to cycle in the first place.

At your stats bro diet and training will give you 20lbs in no time if its set up right. Go to the diet section, read all the stickies, post your diet and learn how to eat right. I promise if you eat right you will grow.

I've been to the diet section but to be honest most of you guys take it way to far imo. If I did what some of those guys do it would be like a job. I've tried eating a pretty clean but high calorie diet of stuff like beans, rice, pasta, and chicken but it took me until bedtime to reach 3000 calories and I ate all day long. Not to mention I threw up. I just can't eat that much. I can't even finish a Mcdonalds meal most of the time.

Well I'll be the first to admit that I do not eat like a Pro BB but I get my cals and all my macros in for each day 95% time. I'm almost 100lbs more than you that I have to keep up so yes I do get tired of eating sometimes but you have to use calorie dense foods to meet your goals.

you first need to understand your not gonna go from 1600-1800 per day to 3000 it's not realistic. Building a diet and tolerance for large amounts of food take time as does building your body.Try upping your calories a little at a time, be patient and youll see results. This is a life changing commitment and some guys are not cut out for it be prepared for a lot of repitition in your diet and feeling like your gonna puke if you eat another egg or piece of chicken but tough it out and you'll see results...

    good luck

I have noticed that I'm able to eat more food in a sitting now. I was only eating about 2000 a day to start with now I consistently getting to 3000. I need to be able to eat 5000 a day before I see significant gains I think.

Yeah you got to eat more to grow natural or using AAS. Using gear you will grow some but as soon as you do PCT you will deflate quickly if you can't eat the amount of cals to maintain it. Once you eat a proper diet for a few years while training hard you would be surprised how much you will grow. Good Luck!

Speaking of... what's with the banner on top of this board advertising TREN 75, VAR 10 and DECA 200 bullsh*t. I know this website does not pay for itself, but this just seems completely unethical and out of line to have such an Ad here, selling bunk gear to the newbs.

Well as soon as I saw the words legal steroids it threw up red flags but I just thought I would ask because I never heard of them before. I was pretty sure it was bs.
