Aromison Half Life and EOD dosing???????????

Aromison Half Life is 9-12 Hrs.

I have planned to take it 10mg EOD.

Would it not be more beneficial for me to take it 2.5mg every 12hrs? why/why not?


I have been researching this and can;t seem to find any concrete reasoning for EOD dosing. (I can guess as to the reasons why, but I would like to know the science as to why)

I do however know many people who have taken it EOD and have had the desired results.

^^ If it works, roll with it. I have only used Aromasin once and it was recent. I ran 12.5mg eod and got the results I wanted. Can't offer any science behind it because I don't know myself..... I just know it works at that dose. If it ain't broke, don't fix it

I've taken 10mg/EOD on aromtasable compounds and its imperative I keep estrogen in check.

Works fine.
