On my last cycle 2 years ago I did sustanon 500mg/week. I blew up like a damn balloon by week 3. I mean I didn’t have to stare at myself in the mirror wondering if I look bigger or not.
Right now I'm at the end of week 3. I'm doing 500mg test-e & 600mg Deca. I'm up 7lbs in weight, my max bench went from 225 to 285 (3) reps. I've seen some strength gains but I'm not ballooning out. I mean... on my traps made me look like a freak on sustanon within 2-3 weeks.
Do I need to just give it some time? Also its my first time doing deca, is the high dose of deca slowing things down somehow?
