Who does Lat injections?
How are they? Just wondering before I try it in a few minutes. Can't be worse than biceps, right?

Didn't do it...
I just had my wife do another glute injection.
I was over at Meso and there were a few stories of painful swollen sites. I have back tomorrow.....and I will be upset if I can't knock out my 25 pullups.
I have been sick with food poisoning for 4 days.... so this is my first day back in the gym today (chest/Tris). I got an hour of sleep per night, and about 2 meals per day during these 4 days. Let's see how much strength I lost
But tomorrow after my back routine I will hit the lats with 3.5cc

I pin lats twice a week. Piece of cake.. although it wasn't always that way.
One horror story i have is when i was injecting Tren A into my lat and got Tren cough so bad i had to let go of the needle to cough for several minutes while the needle bounced up and down still stuck in my lat. It fvcking killed.. i couldn't train for three days.
But once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Like anywhere else you pin.

i cant reach my glute anymore.. so im just alternating delts and quads..
think ill throw in bis eventually to minimise scar tissue

Wife says she will do my lats for me. I am nervous about triceps....because when I pin biceps I can't lift for 4 days. So lats is next. Nervous.....lol.... but I need the new sites

I cannot reach my glute either. I mean I can, but it is impossible to hold the pin steady.... That, and it is uncomfortable as ****

Why is it necessarry to alternate between so many pin sites? Is it because the scar tissue builds up over time of many cycles and becomes painful? I'm only on my second cycle so I don't have the experience you guys do.. I've only hit glutes and quads but never had a problem just alternate each leg.

That is one reason....but the scar tissue isn't too painful. It just feels like there is more resistance when the pin goes in. And there was a time that after I got the pin in, I could not inject anything because it wouldn;t come out.
I rotate sites because I use a lot of painful oil. EO based, as well as steroid blends. It becomes a miserable situation when you fill a muscle with oil when it is still sore from saturation a few days prior. The pain, when severe, can affect training. It can also make daily tasks difficult.
So basically spread the pain. If you are on 2x/week injections, you can get away with rotating quads. But it would be a good idea to throw in other sites for the practice. Also, the more muscle you build, the more surface area for injections

Ive pinned Quads, Glutes,Delts,Chest, Lats
Lats are easy, just get ur wife to do it, sit down and sort of relax forward so ur lat hangs, havnt hit a nerve or vein yet, depending on what ur pinning the only problem is turning over in the night, if ur gear hurts u then u might find it a pain rolling over whn u sleep and find urself waking up each time u oll over.
I hate delts, i seem to hit a nerve everytime and it kills me then for days after, for me the worst so far, the only advange of delts is u can hit medial head, still train chest and still train back, side laterals are a different story tho lol
Chest was also great, no nerves yet and realy easy to pin and asperate. You dont notice they are hurthing either if ur shooting Prop etc... Like glutes or quads u know about it cuz u use them a lot. Im now going to pin chest every week (the day i train chest and the next day)
But i would reccomend everyone trys Lats and chest

I don't. I get like 5-6 hours of sleep per night and I get depressed and moody. I am almost out of the Army, so I will be able to sleep until about 7. I have TERRIBLE migranes as well, so I am on meds. But I am ALWAYS tired....
I usually work out between 12-1pm
