Question from New Starter
Hi everyone,
Im currently 70kg , 165cm.
Ive been going gym for like 2 years now and nearly hitting the age of 22.
Ive been talking to someone I know and they can supply me with Trenbolone Acetate. Ive been doing my research on this and it says you take a dosage of 400mg-1200mg. Now if I take Trenbolone with Dianabol , would this be a good cycle? Or should I take Susaton250 instead of Tren ?
Someone give me some advice on dosage/cycle and also what PCT would be good after the cycle, or is PCT not necessary?...

too young and even the experienced guys do not do it for a first cycle.
you can wreck your system for life bro.....i have a friend that did what you are doing and now can not get hard......whoops....
train and eat for at least 3 years natural then if you are going to do a cycle do test e only cycle.....or whatever the popular starter cycle is in 3 years or so.
what is your body fat and diet like?

Ohk umm my diet is Ok I just find it hard to eat sometimes when im stressed etc..But I do eat a comfortable 5 times a day when I can.. just what the gf has made etc... I was 55kilo before I started gym, so over the years I have put on size its just Ive hit a brick wall and want to hit 75 just before summer starts (Australia). So lets say I wanted to start a cycle what would be examples of test e? :S and also its been nearly 3 years Ive relised as well.. took a month of here and there of course. Started mid 2007. I really want to go on a cycle, please help me with what I should do thanks

Your 22 and weigh 70kg at this point in your life steroids of any kind are not for you.
Your to young, training and diet are the only things you need now

your diet needs to be solid not "um ok" you need to be able to consume enough clean calories and lots of protien to sustain your new mass or it will be gone in a couple of months. you say you want to put on 5kg thats no problem, you may of hit some kind of platoue hit the training section and see about changing your workout there a plenty of guys that would be willing to help you, please try this first and i can pretty much gaurantee results. oh also look at the diet section post your daily food intake and see if it enough food to grow.

Dude, you are 21 and doing any AAS at this point in your life would be stupid. You do not even have a diet that would be able to support any gains, if you did manage to gain something, plus you have not been training long enough to have an established base to build off of. Every young member says and thinks as you do, I have a "good enough" diet, I've been training for "awhile" now, "I'm ready" for AAS but the truth is you are risking so much for so little it does not make sense to even chance it.
At the end of the day the choice will be yours, choose wisely!

The diet and training sections of the board are where you need to be.
If you go against the given advice and do begin aas dont come running here when it goes tits up. Goodluck to you with your future progress

Thanks everyone for your help..
I Have chosen to go on a sustanon250 250/500mg cycle with dinabol for the first 4 weeks.
Im not going to go all out with this cycle just one to try and see some gains..
Im sure everyone was in the same situation as me and then decided just to go on the gear for a try..
Since ive decided to go on is 250/500mg a good cycle with dibabol? I was contemplating on adding deca to it but decided not to.
Please just advise me on this cycle and I really appreciate it.

How tall are you and what bf%? Unless you're really short a cycle would be a complete waste of time. If you only weigh 154 pounds you have no idea how to eat and you will probably just gain 10 pounds of water weight during cycle which will make you look bigger but you will lose it at the end and be right back where you started. Your best bet would be to put the cycle off for at least a year or two and head to the diet section to learn how to put on weight. Steroids won't magically make you gain weight other than the temporary water weight while on.
